1. Foxmen – SuperGuard (XL) – Polymer Modified Cementitious Water Proofing Coating Code - FM- WPS-121

• SUPERGUARD - XL is two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, brush applied. SUPERGUARD-XL is a ready to use brush applied two pack polymer modified cementitious protective and waterproof coating membrane. Suitable for a wide range of application SUPERGUARD-XL with its excellent adhesion property to most building materials along with elastomeric properties proves to be an excellent system for waterproofing of old as well as new structures.
  
  SUPERGUARD-XL is elastomeric and is unaffected by thermal expansion and contractions caused in structures. SUPERGUARD-XL adheres to most surfaces such as concrete, plasters, bricks, rebars. SUPERGUARD-XL powder consists of waterproofing additive and which penetrate the pores and capillaries of the concrete thereby preventing ingress of water. SUPERGUARD-XL liquid provides an additional barrier and waterproofing coating to the system which will then resist water under hydrostatic pressure.

  Method of use -
  
  • Surface Preparation: Substrates should be sound, clean and free from any contaminations like oils, paints, water-repellents, bitumen, release eggents. Correct preparation can be achieved by power wire brushing bush or needle Hammering or high pressure waterjetting.
  • Leaks and Water jets: Prior to application of SUPERGUARD - XL, all leaks and water jets must be Stopped.
  • Mixing: The two components are mixed in a clean container with recommended mix-ratio preferably with paddle mixer to get slurry consistency mixing is done until the mix is free from lumps and ensure that a creamy. homogeneous mix is obtained.
  • Application: The prepared substrate should be thoroughly wetted free from excess water, thenSUPERGUARD - XL should be applied in 2 coated at 5-6 ft/kg, by brush application.
  • Curing: Protect freshly applied surface from direct sunlight and rain water. When 1st coat is reasonably hard (4 to 6 hours) apply 2nd coat. Start curing by sprinkling water for first 24 hours.
  Dosage - SUPERGUARD-XL will provide a coverage of 0-6 sq.ft./kg. at 1-15mm. thickness.
  Handling precautions RHEOGUARD-XL is mildly alkaline splashes to the skin should be removed with clean water.
  
  Storage Life - SUPERGUARD - XL has a shelf of 12 months if unopened in manufacturer's packs in dry conditions protect from frost.

2. Foxmen – SuperHYDRAPEL – Silicon based water Repellent Code - FM- WPS-122

• SUPERHYDRAPEL is a colourless water repellent with improved self cleaning properties especially on exterior building brickwork. Complying with BS 6477:84 part 1 &2.
  
  SUPERHYDRAPEL is supplied as single pack water based colourless silicon liquid repellent impregnation which goes into the open pores in mineral substrates to prevent water penetration but allows passage of water vapour.
  
  SUPERHYDRAPEL repels rain and inhibits ingress surface therefore water provided no hydrostatic pressure. SUPERHYDRAPEL provides high impermeability against penetration of water, salt solution, dust or soot particles. It arrests leaking of soluble salts from brickwork which causes efflorescence and absorption of deicing salts by concrete resulting degradation.
  
  Where to use - Exterior building brickwork, Concrete Cement/Sand rendering, Plastering all types of natural and artificial stone, Concrete blocks, asbestos cement, Lime sand brick, facades and exposed building elements.

  Method of use -
  
  • Surface Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free from loose particles, grease. oil and algae growth.
  • Dilution: Dilute (1:9) mix one part of SUPERHYDRAPEL with 9 parts of water and prepare a uniform solution, then apply with brush or spray gun to the surface. Flooding technique should be used for applying to obtain the best penetration. When spraying, the solution should not be automised or misted but flowed on in solid stream with spray gun held at a distance just to eliminate foaming on masonry surface. SUPERHYDRAPEL dries quickly and becomes fully water resistance within 25 hours, protect the treated surfaced against rain and water for 24 hours.
  Dosage - SUPERHYDRAPEL has a coverage of 5-5.5 M2/ Ltr.
  
  Storage - SUPERHYDRAPEL has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in cool dry place in unopened container under shade and away from direct sunlight.
  
  Handling Precautions - SUPERHYDRAPEL is non-flammable and avoid prolonged contact with skin and eyes.
