1. Foxmen Free Accelerator – Foxmen ACF – Code - FM- CA-110

• It is a unique chloride free accelerating admixture for concrete with plasticizing action. Main purpose is to accelerate the setting and hardening of concrete and is useful in cold weather concrete working and emergency.
  
  ACF is a unique chloride-free accelerating admixture which is ideal for increasing rate of strength gain and it offers the effect of low temperature by accelerating the rate of setting, strength gain and heat evolution. Work can be continued under adverse weather condition of the concrete and without fear of chloride corrosion.
  
  For concrete and work made to fixed workability the plasticising action of Foxmen - ACF enable a reduction in water cement ratio. Foxmen - ACF gives increased rates of production due to the higher early strength of the concrete.
  
  Where to use - Ideally suited for use in Pre-Cast production, cold weather concreting, concrete requires high early strength, retaining walls etc.

  Storage Life - Foxmen ACF has a storage life of one year and should be stored in manufacturer's sealed container in frost-free conditions out of direct sunlight.
  
  Compatibility - Foxmen ACF can be used with all types of OPC except high alumina cement. It should not be premixed with other admixture.
  
  Health & Safety - Foxmen ACF is not a health - hazard. It is an industrial chemical. Prolonged contact with.
  skin should be avoided. Eyes should be washed with clean water and medical advice sought.

2. Foxmen - SP-450 – Code - FM- CA-111

• It is a 450 high range water reducing superplasticiser for concrete, mortars provide very high water reduction, complying to ASTM C- 494 type-F BS 5075 part 3 IS 9103 1979. It is a powerful superplasticizer dispersing agent based on modified sulphonated naphthalene, formaldehyde condensate.
  
  SP-450 greatly produce flowing concrete with higher strength in comparison of normal strength. This flowable concrete allows rapid placing of concrete with little or no vibration and makes the concrete denser for increased durability.
  
  SP-450 gives high early strength if advantage of water reduction is taken upto 25% significant increase in ultimate strength, improved surface finish, improved water tightness, no adverse shrinkage effect especially suitable for congested & heavily reinforce concrete.
  
  Where to use - Precast & prestressed concrete, Floor slabs, girders, Foundation, Walls, columns, beams arid Ceilings, Pump concrete, mass concrete, Congested Reinforcement concrete, Low water/ cement concrete, Ready mixed concrete.

  Method of use - Foxmen - SP-450 is added to part of the mixing (Gauging) water. The dosage rate is 300 ml - 600 ml / 50 kgs. cement bags. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.

3. Foxmen - RP-350 – Code - FM- CA-112

• RP-350 is a set retarding water reducing admixture for concrete, complying to ASTMC- 494 type Band BS 5075 Part: 1.
  
  It is an admixture capable of acting not only as Plasticiser but which are also capable of delay setting time of concrete ensures that the cement is used more efficiently to provide workability or increased strength at reduce water content.
  
  Where to use – For raft foundation, slip from structure tunnels, etc. To avoid cold joints, for difficult pores and congested steelworks, in high summer, warmer climates, ready mixed concrete for long hauls, hot weather concreting, pumped concrete – to offset problems due to break down delays.

  Method of use - Foxmen - RP-350 a should be added with the gauging water in sufficient time to ensure that it is distributed evenly through out the entire batch.

4. Foxmen - PC-P2 (Type G) – Code - FM- CA-113

• PC – P2 is the new Generation super Plasticising admixture based on Modified Polycaboxylate. It is especially designed for concrete mixes with ultra high water reduction, excellent flow characteristics, etc
  
  It is compatible with all types of cement – OPC, PPC, PSC, etc. It is also compatible with all air entraining agent which complies with IS 103-2003 and integral water proofing compound which complies with IS 2645-1978. If other admixtures are to be used in concrete containing Foxmen PC-P2, they must be dispensed separately.
  
  Benefits- Flowable mix without bleeding and segregation, water reduction (Min 20%), High Early Strength, Produce Flowable concrete resulting easy placing and eliminates honeycombing, reduction in shrinkage cracks, less performance and hence more durable concrete.

  Safety Precautions - Foxmen PC-P2 is a non-toxic and inflammable when contact with skin, it should be washed with cold water.

5. Foxmen - WL – Integral Concrete/Mortar Waterproofer Code - FM- CA-114

• WL is a unique integral water proofing admixture for concrete and mortar which provides controlled air entrainment complies with IS 2645- 1984, BS 5075 Part – 1
  
  Benefits – Improved water tightness, highly durable and weather resistance, improved plasticity and cohension, reduced permeability of concrete matrix, improved workability and placing characteristics, reduced bleeding and improved surface finish, maintains strength and extended durability, cost-effective, resistance to shrinkage, cracking and crazing.

6. Foxmen - Airex – Air Entraining Admixture /Water Reducer Code - FM- CA-115

• It is an air entraining admixture/water reducer complying to IS – 9103, BS – 5075 Part 2.
  
  It is designed to produce air - entertainment in concrete mixes. Whenever compacted, durable concrete with resistance to frost action and effects of de-icing salt is required. FOXMEN-AIREX improves workability and reduces tendency to bleeding. It also reduces density of lightweight blocks, without impairing strength. FOXMEN- AIREX gives increased durability to dense concrete blocks and because of entrained air, a reduction in material cost is achieved.
  
  FOXMEN- AIREX reacts physically to produces stable minute air bubbles which are distributed uniformly throughout the concrete. By incorporating FOXMEN- AIREX the improvements in workability and cohesion are achieved, which enables reduction to be made both in the sand cement and in water cement ratio, unaffected setting time even when over- dosed.
  
  Where to use - Mass concreting works of dams, marine environments and concrete in subjected to ground water salts, SUPERPLAST- AIREX is use to produce workable and durable concrete for roads, runways, taxiways, power stations and under ground water tanks.

  Method of use - FOXMEN- AIREX should be added preferably through a calibrated dispending unit and added to the mix with the gauging water to ensure correct mixing. The dosage rate of 100-250 ml of FOXMEN- AIREX / 50 kg cement will normally produce an air-entrainment of 4% - 5%.
  The dosage rate of FOXMEN- AIREX will vary depending upon the particular materials and mix design being used.
  
  Dosage - 100-250 ml/50 kg cement. Optimum dosage should be determined by site trials.
  
  Shelf Life - FOXMEN- AIREX has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in unopened containers in frost free conditions.

7. Foxmen – PC-12 (Type F) – High Range Water Reducer (For Grade M-60 and Above Code - FM- CA-116

8. Foxmen – Superfibre Code - FM- CA-117

• SUPERFIBRE is a high quality synthetic polypropylene crack arrest fibre for concrete and mortar. It is an engineered polypropylene fibres which substantially reduces the formation of plastic cracks by increasing the tensile capacity of plastic and semiplastic concrete. This reduction of plastic cracks enables the concrete to better develop its optimum integrity. The addition of SUPERFIBRE in sprayed concrete gives increased flexural and impact strength and less rebound .
  
  SUPERFIBRE has been specially developed for the reinforcement of cementitious mortars and concrete mixes. SUPERFIBRE can be easily introduced into a conventional concrete mix giving millions of dispersed fibres per cubic meter of concrete providing a highly uniform and effective reinforcement.

  Method of use - SUPERFIBRE is to be mixed with dry cement concrete or mortar. It is to be mixed uniformly throughout and prior to the addition of water. The normal concrete mixing action and mixing time is sufficient for complete fibre distribution.
  
  Dosage - 125gms-200gms / 50 kg cement. Storage - It has a storage life of minimum one year in unopened pouches.
  
  Handling Precautions - SUPERFIBRE are non- flammable and non-toxic but inhalation should be avoided.

9. Foxmen – Super Silica Fume (SSF) - Code - FM- CA-118

• It is densified silica fume for concrete and sprayed concrete. SUPER SILICA FUME is a concrete additive for high performance concretes. SUPER SILICA FUME changes the porous structure of the concrete in a definitive manner and makes it denser and more resistant to any type of external influence. SUPER SILICA FUME must be used In combination with a plasticizer or a superplasticizer. SUPER SILICA FUME is a special high quality silica fume powder, approved as a concrete additive according to the ASTM standard.
  
  Benefits - Increased strengths, substantially improved resistance to chemical and mechanical attack, prevents bleeding and segregation in fresh Concrete, Reduced dosage of activators/accelerators, larger layer thicknesses sprayable.
