1. Foxmen – SuperBOND (SBR) – Polymer Modifier For Cementitious Systems Code - FM- CR-128

• SUPERBOND- SBR is a styrene emulsion polymer bonding agent for cementitious systems. SUPERBOND-SBR is a modified polymer emulsion specially designed for use as a bonding agent to modify cement mortar/concrete. It is useful for repairing distressed R. C. members and to modify mortars as waterproofing and flooring render.
  
  SUP ERBOND-SBR is the recommended primer for the cementiitious repair system. SUPERBOND-SBR provides excellent bond to concrete plaster and masonry.
  
  It is compatible with all types of hydraulic cements SUPERBOND-SBR improves tensile and compressive strength which allows thin section application it is also used as curing membrane having 55% efficiency. SUPERBOND-SBR can also be used as an ad- mixture for grouts or concrete.

  Method of use - For Structural Rehabilitation and Repair
  
  • Step-1: Clean the reinforcements with wire brush to remove loose scales.
  • Step-2: Apply Jet of water to remove loose particle, dust etc.
  • Step-3: Mix 1 part of 0.P. cement + 1 part of SUPERBOND- SBR uniformly make paint consistency and apply on reinforcement and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours.
  • Step-4: Bond Coat Make slurry with cement & SBR where SBR modified mortar is to be applied.
  • Step-5: Polymer Modified Mortar Mix cement 50KG + Zone II sand 150 KG + SUPERBOND- SBR 10Ltr. + water 5 to 7 Ltr. Apply above mortar over bond coat.
  Dosage - 7-8 m2 of rebars area / ltr 2-3 m2 /ltr (1:1 cement:SBR)
  
  Storage - SUPERBOND- SBR has a shelf life of atleast 1 year if stored in unopened container out of direct sunlight.
  
  Handling Precautions - Avoid contact with skin and eyes wash off affected skin with soap and water, use gloves for protection.

2. Foxmen – SuperFINISH (Wall Putty) – High Quality Thin Plaster for Walls and Ceilings Code - FM- CR-129

• SUPERFINISH is a leveling finishing coat for new and old concrete substrates also used for thin section repairs etc.
  
  SUPERFINISH is a repacked single pack thin section fairing coat plaster designed to provide a level, weather resistance. Surface consisting of a preblended mix of carefully chosen cements and special additives with significant advantages over standard cementations systems for the indoor outdoors on horizontal or vertical surfaces and new or existing concrete as a part of a full concrete repair specification. SUPERFINISH has a very good flexural properties, adhesion and weather and water resistance. The hardened plaster surface can be painted or wall papered.
  
  Where to use - SUPERFINISH is recommended to provide a smooth level surface when applied in thin sections on new or old concerto spaces. It may also used to effect thin layer repairs finishing walls and ceilings SUPERFINISH can be used on rendered surfaces

  Method of use -
  
  • Surface Preparation: Surface should be mechanically prepared by bush hammering; grit blasting etc. should be free of all dust, oil paint, laitance etc. The prepared concrete or surface should be dampened down with clean water immediately prior to the application of SUPERFINISH.
  • Mixing: Add SUPERFINISH to the mixing bucket / trey containing water to obtain thick creamy consistency start with stiffer mix and gradually add more water to the required water demand (approx 35 to 40%) while mixing, mix thoroughly for additive to dissolve. Apply with steel trowel or Spatula at the thickness of 2-3 mm. No curing procedures are normally necessary.
  Dosage - SUPERFINISH 25 kg. pack will cover an area of approx 5m2 at a thickness of 2 mm.
  
  Storage Life - SUPERFINISH has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in unopened bags. Ensure protection from damp conditions, frost and direct sunlight Handling Precautions RHEOFINISH is non-hazardous. However inhalation of dust should be avoided. Avoid contact with skin. Wash with clean water if contacted.
